Event promotion — Ontario & Québec
Packed floors. Every time.
We promote dance and rave events at clubs across Ontario and Québec. We bring the artists, the audience, and the marketing — the venue brings the room.

Start here
Four ways in, depending on who you are.
You run a venue
We fill your quiet nights and carry the risk. You keep the bar.
You are an artist
Residents and guests we book across the region. Every fee paid on time.
You are a brand
Real floors, real crowds, and numbers back afterwards instead of impressions.
You want to go out
Every date we are running. Tickets, lineups, and doors.
What we do
The whole night, not just the flyer.
Booking, production, marketing, karaoke, and ticketing under one roof. Venues get a finished night; artists get one point of contact.
Talent booking
We book domestic and international artists, negotiate the fee, handle the rider, and manage travel and visas. Forty-one artists booked and not one cancelled date.
Event production
Full production on the night — sound spec, lighting design, staging, and a production lead who is in the building from load-in to load-out.
Marketing and ticketing
Announce strategy, tiered releases, paid social, and a mailing list that reliably clears the first tier before anything goes public.
Karaoke nights
Private rooms and a main-floor setup that runs alongside the club night. It fills a room from nine, holds groups in the building, and turns a dead midweek into a booked one.
Brand activation
We place brands inside nights that people actually want to be at, and report on what it did afterwards with door counts and dwell time rather than impressions.

Karaoke
Karaoke, taken far too seriously.
Private rooms and a main-floor setup, running alongside the club night rather than instead of it. It fills a room from 9pm, it keeps groups in the building, and it is the single easiest thing a venue can add to a quiet midweek.
Runs with the club night
Karaoke opens early and hands the crowd straight to the dance floor. Nobody leaves to go somewhere else at eleven.
Groups book it
Birthdays, work nights, and anything with more than eight people. Group bookings are the most reliable midweek revenue a venue has.
We bring the kit
Screens, mics, and a library that is not stuck in 2009 — Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and English.
Hosted, not left alone
A host runs the queue so it does not turn into one table holding the mic for an hour. It is the difference between a karaoke night and a karaoke machine.
Artists
14 on the roster.
Residents who define the sound, artists we represent across the region, and the guests we book onto a date.

What they say
Three people we work for.
“They took our deadest night of the week and made it the one we plan the rota around. We have not had to think about programming it since.”
“Every fee paid on time, every rider correct, and a crowd that actually came for the music. That is rarer than it should be.”
“We got real numbers back after the night instead of an impressions figure. First promoter who has done that for us.”
